• TIME TO PET: this is a software program that every client must enroll in to streamline and simplify all of our communication, details about your doggie, your home, access, and all other information needed to care for your doggie.  CLICK HERE TO ENROLL OR TO REQUEST SERVICE. 
  • QUALITY TIME: My goal is to be with your doggie most of the time during day care or over nights.
  • 4 HOUR RULE: If I need to leave for a meeting or run errands and not able to take them with me, my policy is to not leave a doggie no more than 4 hours (the goal of course is always less).
  • JUST SAY NO: Please note that I do not take aggressive dogs or dogs that don’t play well with other dogs or dogs that need to be on leash because they are aggressive or don’t listen.
  • BOOKING: Typically, if you live here in the county, would prefer that we meet before we agree to work together.
  • EXTRA DOG FEE: If you have two or more doggies the fee is $45/day for each additional doggie; for each service.
  • OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS: I do take out of town clients on a case-by-case basis. However, my policy is: if there are any challenges or problems, I will request that you come and pick up your dog immediately. There also will be no refund. ***Note so far there have been no problems.
  • RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT:  Advanced reservations are highly recommended along with payment are required to confirm your specific dates.
  • SCHEDULE CHANGES: I understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. I am happy to transfer the fees to another date if needed, but no refunds will be given. You may extend your dates needed for sitting once payment is made, but not shorten.  Currently there is no fee for making changes.
  • EMERGENCY SIT: If you are booking within 24 hours of needing service there is an additional $50.00 fee to cover schedule changes or adjustments that I need to make to accommodate the emergency.
